Oracle Limited Availability Period Planned for Aug. 2-11
Please be advised that most Oracle functionality will be unavailable from Friday, August 2, 3 p.m. CDT to Sunday, August 11, 11:59 p.m. CDT. This period is essential to ensure data integrity on the fiscal year 24 data being converted during this time. The FST Team will advise if there is a disruption to the restoration of access and services.
What Services Are Impacted:
- All Oracle and Orbit services, except for Procurement, will be unavailable.
- New awards and projects will not be set up in Oracle nor will grant modifications be entered during the limited availability period. This includes all grants, clinical research studies, capital projects, individual awards, and discretionary funds.
What Services Are NOT Impacted:
- Creation and approval of purchase requisitions
- Distribution of POs
- Payment Request submission and approval
- Payment processing
- Orbit Procurement and Payables dashboards
- Oracle EPM (UCPLAN)
- Oracle EDM
- Concur
