How Managers Influence Employee Engagement
Thursday, July 17, 10-11:30 a.m.
How Managers Influence Employee Engagement is a 1.5-hour virtual, interactive workshop designed to help managers explore strategies for positively influencing employee engagement. Participants will learn evidence-based techniques and have the opportunity to exchange insights with fellow managers from across the university. Registration for this workshop is required and is recommended for current managers. The session will be co-facilitated by Susan Popa, Assistant Vice President for Leadership and Organizational Development, and Cicely Anderson, Employee Engagement Program Manager.
Reflecting on Your Career Development
Tuesday, July 29, 10-11:30 a.m.
Reflecting on Your Career Development is a 90-minute virtual, interactive workshop designed to provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on their professional goals, strengths, and resources that can support their career growth. Through structured exercises and discussions, attendees will explore key questions related to their own career development. Participants will also be encouraged to consider how they can facilitate similar reflection with their colleagues or direct reports. Throughout the session, participants will engage in discussions within triads to share insights and learn from one another. Registration for this workshop is required, and space is limited. This workshop will be led by Susan Popa, Assistant Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development.
