Orbit Data Update: Data Refresh Delayed Until 10 a.m. Today
Dear Oracle and Orbit Users,
Due to technical difficulties, last night’s refresh of Orbit data was not completed. We estimate that the data refresh will be complete by 10 a.m. today. All Orbit reports remain available, but they currently are using Tuesday’s data.
Should you need assistance related to this issue, as always, the following support is available for Oracle users:
- Call 773.702.5800 (or ext. 2-5800 from a campus phone) to speak to a live agent from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Create a ticket via the ServiceNow Portal at Ask a Question About Oracle or Financial Processes for help with the Chart of Accounts (COA), Mapping and other Oracle topics.
- Access the ServiceNow Knowledge Base for FAQs, quick reference guides, and helpful processes.
- The FST Training Team holds virtual office hours via Zoom every other Friday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. The next sessions will be held on February 7 and 21, and March 7 and 21. To attend, use this FST virtual office hours Zoom link.
