What is OneButton Studio?

The OneButton Studio is located on the A Level of the Regenstein Library and is a simple and easy-to-use video studio that requires no previous video production experience to operate. The OneButton Studio allows users to create high-quality video in two simple steps: press a button to begin, and press again to stop. All of the work of setting up a camera, microphone, and lights is already done and pre-configured, leaving the user with only the task of recording the video.

The OneButton Studio is located on the A Level of the Joseph Regenstein Library, located at 1100 E. 57th Street, Chicago, IL 60637. To reserve the OneButton Studio, please visit the Library’s OneButton Studio reservation page.

Hours

Hours of availability for the OneButton Studio are currently the same as those for the TechBar on the first floor of the Regenstein Library. View the TechBar’s hours.

Who can use OneButton Studio?

UChicago faculty, instructors, students, and staff are invited to use the OneButton Studio to create high-quality digital video content.
