HR Partners play a key role in ensuring all University of Chicago human resources policies, procedures, and workplace activities are aligned across the organization. HR Partners have access to HR Connect, a Sharepoint website, are invited to bi-monthly HR Community meetings, and receive the monthly HR Headlines newsletter.
