The following support is available for Oracle and Orbit users:

Call 773.702.5800 to speak to a live agent from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Or use the University's ServiceNow Portal for Oracle support:

  • Launch chat to interact with a client relations specialist.

  • Ask a question about Oracle/Orbit or financial processes by utilizing this service request.

  • Need to submit a certain request form? Create a ticket via the Services Portal.

    • In addition to assistance with questions or issues using the system, help also is available for technical difficulties with the system itself (configuration, security, and integration)

  • The ServiceNow Knowledge Base includes answers to frequently asked questions, quick reference guides, and other helpful resources.

Virtual office hours are held via Zoom on the Friday mornings listed below. In addition to these regular office hours, the Training Center is offering special bi-weekly Monday office hours in June and July to help the campus with their year-end close needs. For both general support and help with year-end close, join one of the regular bi-weekly office hours on Fridays:

  • July 11, 9 to 11 a.m.

  • July 15, 9 to 11 a.m.

For year-end close needs and support, join the new biweekly office hours on Mondays:

  • July 14, 11 a.m. to noon

  • July 28, 11 a.m. to noon
