Who's Involved
The FST Program governance structure engages stakeholders across the University to provide guidance, support, oversight, and critical policy decisions for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation at the program, functional, technical, and unit level. The program’s overall success is reported to the Ad Hoc Board Committee on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), a subcommittee comprised of members of the UChicago Board of Trustees, who provide Capital Budget approval and program oversight.

Program Directors
Program Directors oversee the day-to-day work of the program team, including resource assignments, vendor performance, critical risks and issues, program scope, and timeline. They are also responsible for enforcing guiding principles, partnering with Business Directors and the Program team to promote day-to-day progress, and aligning workstreams, clearing obstacles, and escalating decisions. The FST Program has two designated Program Directors, an internal leader from UChicago and an external leader from Huron Consulting Group, the System Integration partner for the FST Program.
