Student Printing
Eligibility
All active students enrolled in a degree-granting or credit program of study are eligible for printing.
Paying for Printing
The first step for students to be able to print is to sign up for Phoenix cASH. Printing charges are deducted from a student’s Phoenix cASH account.
Printing Rates
Printing rates include all paper sizes (letter, legal, and tabloid).

Submitting Print Jobs
Students can submit print jobs by logging into the Printing Web Portal. This portal will also provide students with current Phoenix cASH balances and other printing information.
Releasing Print Jobs
You can release a print job at any of the designated student printers by ‘Tapping’ your UChicago ID card at the printer. View instructions for how to log in to the printer.
