Facilities Operations

The Operations unit consists of Building Services, Campus Properties, Campus and Residential Services, Operations and Maintenance, Engineering and Utilities, Maintenance Program Services and Residential Properties.

Campus Planning + Sustainability

The Campus Planning + Sustainability group in Facilities Services manages the University’s campus planning, feasibility studies, exterior environment design and sustainability strategy.

The Capital Project Delivery (CPD) group in Facilities Services manages the University’s design and construction projects, including new facilities, renovations and the campus environment.

Services Offered

Facility Services strives to meet standards of service outlined in the campus-wide Service Level Agreement (SLA). This document applies to the building(s) and/or facilities aligned with each partner per the University Space Management System (ARCHIBUS). The level of service described in this document is uniform for all partners across campus.
