Capital Project Delivery
The Capital Project Delivery (CPD) group in Facilities Services manages the University’s design and construction projects, including new facilities, renovations and the campus environment.
Capital Project Delivery Services
The Capital Project Delivery group (CPD) provides project management services for a range of projects including small interior improvements, large scale restorations, renovations of campus grounds and the design and construction of new buildings and additions. Project management begins with programming and design and continues through construction, move-in and occupancy of new and renovated facilities. The department also provides support for furniture purchasing and relocation services associated with renovation and new construction projects.
When projects require new furniture purchases, CPD project managers provide support with furniture selection, layouts, finish selections, procurement, and installation.
Furniture can also be purchased directly from approved suppliers listed in Oracle. For more information on furniture suppliers and procuring goods directly, please visit the Procurement Services page.
CPD provides support with relocation services that may be necessary for construction and renovation projects. CPD project managers will assist with planning for a move, hiring movers, and coordinating with other University departments.
For all other relocation services, please submit a Service Request or contact our Service Center.
