Board of Computing Activities and Services (BCAS)
BCAS is a faculty statutory board appointed by the Provost and is the only committee at the Strategic Tier that also has a policy making responsibility. BCAS consists of 6-14 faculty members appointed by the Provost, including: 1) the President of the University, 2) the Provost, and 3) one other representative from the Office of the Provost. It meets monthly during the academic year.

Forum on Advancing Campus Technologies (FACT)
FACT is a group that meets on the third Thursday of every month for open discussion on IT topics and uses a mailing list for information sharing. Anyone in the campus IT community is encouraged to join in the conversation about technological issues and opportunities. FACT is open to all who are engaged in the IT community across the academic divisions, schools, and medical center.

Information Technology Leadership Council (ITLC)
ITLC is comprised of more than 30 IT leaders from divisions and departments throughout the University. The group meets on the third Monday of every
month.
