Getting to Know UChicago: At One Year of Service

Congratulations on reaching one year of service with the University! We hope that this service anniversary is the first of many that you celebrate with us. Your contributions are important to the mission of the University and the work that you do is valued highly. Please see below for some recommended activities, now that you have reached your one year service milestone.
The recommended actions are guidelines from Human Resources. As department HR practices may vary, please consult with your supervisor, HR Partner or department administrator for additional guidance.
Note: Some of the resource pages listed below require you to log in to the UChicago Intranet. New hires generally gain full access to the UChicago Intranet within the first week after their start date, once the individual has activated their CNetID, their HR representative has entered their data into Workday, and the identity management system adds the individual to their correct Grouper groups. If you do not have intranet access after these steps have been completed, email us at uchicagointranet@uchicago.edu.
