Getting to Know UChicago: At Three Months

At three months with the University, many of the initial new hire set-up tasks are behind you. Below are some recommended activities to undertake now. The recommended actions below are guidelines from Human Resources. As department HR practices may vary, please consult with your supervisor, HR Partner or department administrator for additional guidance.
Note: Some of the resource pages listed below require you to log in to the UChicago Intranet. New hires generally gain full access to the UChicago Intranet within the first week after their start date, once the individual has activated their CNetID, their HR representative has entered their data into Workday, and the identity management system adds the individual to their correct Grouper groups. If you do not have intranet access after these steps have been completed, email us at uchicagointranet@uchicago.edu.
