The Talent Acquisition team provides expertise to attract and engage a high performing, diverse workforce. We partner together with the HR Community and people managers to enable strategic talent delivery and optimization of talent investment. Offering a full suite of talent acquisition services, the team works to:
- Apply subject matter expertise that leverages best practices, experience, and data to lead University talent acquisition efforts
- Strategically source, engage, and pipeline talent including local, diverse, and veteran jobseekers
- Serve as consultants to the University's HR Community to assist in their local talent acquisition efforts
- Ensure processes facilitate a positive candidate experience
