Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition team provides expertise to attract and engage a high performing, diverse workforce. We partner together with the HR Community and people managers to enable strategic talent delivery and optimization of talent investment. If you are a hiring manager seeking assistance with filling an open role at UChicago, consider utilizing the talent acquisition services within Central HR. 

Offering a full suite of talent acquisition services, the team works to:

  • Apply subject matter expertise that leverages best practices, experience, and data to lead University talent acquisition efforts
  • Strategically source, engage, and pipeline talent including local, diverse, and veteran jobseekers
  • Serve as consultants to the University's HR Community to assist in their local talent acquisition efforts
  • Ensure processes facilitate a positive candidate experience
