Workday Solutions is the University of Chicago's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Workday is UChicago's integrated, cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS). It provides key functions and processes across areas such as HR and workforce management, payroll, benefits, compensation, absence reporting, time tracking, performance management, training and learning, and recruiting in a single online platform. UChicago faculty, other academic appointees, staff, and students with campus jobs can login to Workday to view and manage their personal information, complete W-4 and I-9 tasks, view their pay slips and/or payroll tax information, request a leave of absence, and elect their benefits (if eligible), among other things.

The Workday Solutions team oversees the management, data integration, and administration of the Workday platform.
